By creating an account and using FlexTrackr ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
FlexTrackr is a shift and earnings tracking tool designed for flexible workers. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
- Upload or transmit malicious code, spam, or any content that could harm other users.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
- Resell or sublicense access to the Service without prior written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
You may delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed from our active systems within 30 days, subject to any legal retention obligations.

FlexTrackr is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Earnings calculations, mileage rates, and tax estimates within the Service are indicative only and should not be relied upon as financial or tax advice. Always consult a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FlexTrackr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and your rights in relation to it. FlexTrackr acts as a data controller for data you provide directly.
